Team Quality Assurance
In 2004, ICES initiated a Quality Assurance (QA) policy to cover all of its
service contracts. To ensure the quality services and documentation, ICES
developed a tailored corporate level Quality Assurance Plan. This plan provides
quality assurance guidance to our managers and other ICES personnel.
We have chosen subcontractors
who are also have quality as their highest priority. For example, Sabre Systems
is ISO 9001:2000 registered and has been appraised at Maturity Level 2 of CMMI®
v1.2 by ChangeBridge Consulting, Inc., a SEI-authorized Lead Appraiser. We flow
down appropriate quality requirements to our subcontractors. By establishing
metrics for quantifying the quality of our products and implementing quality
assessments at regular intervals, ICES ensures that its products and services
are continuously improved to satisfy customer needs.
