ICES Overview

ICES is a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded by military veterans devoted to continuing service to their country outside of active duty service. Our management team possesses more than 80 years of Intelligence and DoD community experience. We have built our practice slowly to ensure we hire only the brightest and most qualified personnel. We strive to provide the Government with a best value solution -- 'best of breed' performers for the most competitive possible price. Through this dedication to the mission, combined with an abundance of technical capability based on the formal training and experience of its staff, ICES has compiled an outstanding record of providing highly capable, experienced, and appropriately cleared senior technical staff to address and exceed the needs of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC). ICES personnel have a demonstrable ability to effectively transition from the mission planning and requirements stage, through deployment and operation. ICES personnel provide technical and acquisition expertise for the DOD and the IC enabling our customers to acquire and develop new capabilities, sustain existing capabilities, and enable continuous, efficient, and effective modernization.
