Prime Contractor and a Veteran Owned small Business, ICES brings
over five years of direct experience supporting the Department
of Defense (DOD) and the Intelligence Community (IC).
Collectively, our team offers our SeaPort-e customers maximum
depth and breadth across most Zones, Mission and Functional
Areas. Established in 2004, ICES provides quality professional
Systems Engineering & Integration, Intelligence Operations
Support, Information Technology (IT), and Systems Engineering &
Technical Assistance (SETA) support and solutions while
experiencing consistent growth and success.
In an effort to manage our size and growth, ICES developed a
Business Plan to help us focus on our future and ensure our
customers receive the highest quality service. The heart of our
Business Plan is to improve and sustain our Business Processes,
Marketing and Communications, Business Development and Human
